Please Note the Following Information about Our Collection:

We, at GobieCo., strive to bring our customers the highest quality artisan-made goods possible. Because of the hand-made nature of each individual piece, you can expect some small variations in color from one piece to another. In new shipments, the color may also vary slightly because of different dye lots. All items will, however, adhere as closely as possible to samples and catalog pictures, while maintaining the individual integrity and uniqueness of each hand-made piece.

Terms & Conditions

User Profile/Registration:  Your registration information is initially used for allowing you access to the Wholesale Only portion of our website which contains our wholesale product catalog. Its other use is to process your order and notify you about new products or shows that we will be attending. Your information is never shared with other companies or individuals.

Minimum Order: The minimum opening order for all customers is $200.00.

Payment of your order: First orders are pre-paid via Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. If COD is used, there will be an additional COD charge of $6.00.  After the first order, it is possible to apply for credit terms.

Terms: Only those who have been pre-approved may use net 30 terms.  If you would like to establish credit terms, please send credit references of businesses with which you have established credit. Include name, address, phone and e-mail.  This process may take up to 4 weeks.

Taxes: Washington State customers must have a re-sale certificate with current business tax license number on file.

Shipping: We ship from Mukilteo, WA 98275.  Shipping charges will be calculated at the time your order is packed and added to your invoice. Your order will be sent UPS Standard Ground, insured, unless you indicate otherwise in the order process. Please note shipping charges and insurance over $100 are billed to the customer. Please be sure to include a street address for UPS delivery.  We try to ship within 2 days of receiving your order.

Returns:  All items carry a 10 day return privilege. All items must be shipped from you within 10 days of receipt.  Do not hesitate to return items that are damaged or not as expected.  Other returns are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee. Please contact us before returning an item.

Website & Shopping Cart:  By using our website and shopping cart system to process your order, you agree that you have read and understood the above Terms and Conditions that apply to the purchases from our site.
